Orders are delivered within an average of 12 days as they will be specially produced for you.<\/p>\n

After your products leave the warehouse, you will be informed by an e-mail address containing cargo tracking information. The products are delivered within 3 working days after they are given to the cargo company we have contracted with.<\/p>\n

You can follow your orders from the 'My Orders' section and get information about the latest status of your cargo.<\/p>\n

When the delivery document related to the cargo arriving at the delivery address is signed by the customer, it will be accepted that the products have been received in full and undamaged.<\/p>\n

After receiving your cargo, please open and check it with the cargo officer.<\/p>\n

If it turns out that some of the products in your order are missing, incorrect or damaged during the check, request the cargo officer to prepare a 'damage assessment report'. You can send the damaged product to us together with the report to be prepared by the cargo officer and request the replacement or return of your product. Return your damaged parcel to the cargo officer together with the report. After we receive the products, we will be notified by us about the way to be followed regarding the product you have purchased.<\/p>\n

The return or exchange of a broken or damaged product without a cargo report cannot be requested.<\/p>\n

The minutes prepared at the time of the first delivery, witnessed by the cargo official, are very important for revealing the person responsible for the missing or damage.
